Vision Statement

Employing its comprehensive, proprietary training and development protocols, The Key Consulting Firm aims to eliminate the systemic racism and inequity in our current educational systems that negatively impact the psychological well-being and academic performance of Black children. 

Through a culturally-responsive and social justice-centered lens, The Key’s critical, solution-focused consultation, apposite evaluations, and training of educators, clinicians, and communities will provide them the keys necessary to unlock possibilities in all students.
